With a $500 refundable deposit, T-1 based services include preconfigured hardware needed to use the service (single line CSU/DSU, single line router, dedicated web/email/FTP server, 24 port 10/100 network hub). At the end of the contract, the customer has the option to purchase the equipment. Other equipment arrangements can be made for T-3/DS-3 and higher services.

Pricing
We offer two pricing plans for leased lines with Internet access: one based on how much data is transferred over your line and a flat rate plan. Both plans require payment of a setup fee if the contract is less than 2 years in length. T-3 and higher service is subject to credit approval. Usage based plan not available for all services. Access fees (also called "local loop" fees) from the telephone company, cable company, or other wired/wireless link providers are separate and vary depending on your location. Local loop service may require separate credit approval if you do not already have service of some kind from the company providing the local loop.

Leased lines are available now, but require that you plan for two to six weeks of lead time for local loop installation of the line at your location.   Lead time varies depending on your location and availability of facilities from a local loop provider. T-3 and higher services may require additional lead time for design and engineering work.  We also offer ISDN PRI T-1 lines. Please contact us for more information.

To order a leased line, please call our friendly sales staff at 509-529-6983 to discuss your needs.  You may also want to ask them about wireless as a cost effective  alternative to a leased line.  Specialized routing needs approved on a case by case basis.
