Additional information
Setup within 30 minutes
56k dial-up accounts are setup within 30 minutes when ordered
between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday. If order is placed during nonbusiness
hours or on a holiday, the account will be setup the following business day. Orders will
not be setup until payment is received in full, including any setup fees.
200 hours of
connect time within a 30 day window
200 hours of connect time is included with each dial-up plan during a rolling 30
day window.
If dial-up connection is inactive for 30 minutes or more, we reserve the right to
disconnect the session to make that phone line and modem available to someone who would be
using their connection.
Nationwide phone
numbers
We have local phone numbers in a large percentage of the US. If you plan
on traveling or moving outside the Walla Walla area, please contact us and we'll be more
than glad to look up the local dial-up phone number for that area.
Technical
support
Unlimited technical support is available for the $24.95 plan. We include 1 hour per month
technical support via phone for the $12.95 and $16.95 plans, and 2 hours per month
technical support via phone for the $19.95 plan. Hours available for technical support do
not accrue month to month and are zeroed out at the end of each month. All dial-up users
also have access to our online support forum and email support
Auto pay and payment options
Auto pay is required for the $12.95, $16.95, and $19.95 plans, or service can be prepaid
and set to auto cancel at the end of it's paid term.
Auto pay is optional for the $24.95 plan. For
this plan, we accept credit cards, checks, checks over the phone, cash, cashiers
checks, and PayPal. Bills are mailed out on the first of each month and are due by the
15th to avoid late charges and possible interruption of service.
Prepayment discounts
Prepayment discounts are available for the $24.95 plan. We offer a 10% discount for
quarterly prepayments, 12% discount for semi-annual prepayments, and 16% discount for
annual prepayments.
